Add another big gun to THE HUNGER GAMES franchise. Julianne Moore is in talks to join the final two films of the series, THE HUNGER GAMES: MOCKINGJAY PARTS 1 & 2, as Alma Coin, the enigmatic leader of District 13.
District 13 is the HQ of the rebellion, and Coin is at odds with Katniss for much of MOCKINGJAY. You can’t go wrong with Julianne Moore here.
Francis Lawrence will direct the final two films, which hopefully is a good thing. He’s directing CATCHING FIRE as well. The film stars Jennifer Lawrence and every actor known to man: Donald Sutherland, Woody Harrelson, Elizabeth Banks, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, Toby Jones, Sam Claflin, Alan Ritchson, Jena Malone, Stanley Tucci, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Lenny Kravitz, Meta Golding, Jeffrey Wright and so many more. It’s opening November 22nd.
